Would it be stupid or mean to carry on an april fool's joke after the day is over !?

kso i put a fake love letter in my friends locker well so her reaction was that she thought it was a joke but also got scared and she felt like someone was stalking her BAHAHAHA well i really wanna carry on the joke cuz its so freakin funny and im plannin on puttin another letter in there....welll should i !? i mean if u carry on an april fool's joke wouldn't it lose its meaning as an april fool joke and turn into a mean well idk so i need help!!
