I think you should be o.k. to stay if you can catch up. If not, and they start the foreclosure, you should have 2 weeks from the time you get an eviction notice on your door to get out. At least that's the way it worked for us. We were just foreclosed on. We got the paper on our door and two weeks later, which was June 6, (this "just" now happened) we had to be out completely. We barely made it but we did. Hope this info helps. Good luck to you.
