Help me! I got a major crisis.?

Ok so me and my ex Tony broke up like a couple weeks ago, we been together for 1 year. I got a new boyfriend named Michael but he wont talk to me... he said he will soon and hes just shy when he first goes wif a girl. he gives me hugs and gave me choclates for valentines day and thats sweet but its just he wont talk to me and im patient but idk... well anyway Tony got a new girlfriend that lives at his old home in philidelphia. he said he known her since he was 5. so now there goin out. im really sad and ima bout to cry. im not 100% moved on from him. its just we been together for the longest time and the memories just hurt me. hes not moved on from me either. i made fun of him today cuz hes datin a girl from miles away and he wont b able to c him til summer and thts 4 months away.. i just want to know, how can i get over him and into my new boyfriend? what should i do? i told everyone im over him but im really not. i moved on and got a bf to quick. plz help me...
