Am I missing out on the full college experience by attending a school without a true campus?

Yes, my brother commuted to Northeastern for 2 years and really hated the whole experience and transferred to Holy Cross which has a gorgeous manicured landscaped campus enclosed by wrought iron gates and he loved the environment there.
