Can someone give me more info on this????

I am trying to get into college to be a RN. I heard the Kaiser and Sutter have programs where if i work for them and sign a contract to be a nurse for them, that they would put me through school?? I have heard this from about 4 different people who are in the medical field. Anyone have any info on this? Or how to get them to notice and choose me for such a program?
