Torque question (physics)?

You want to lift a 1500. kg elephant off the ground using a strong, unbendable 12.0 meter iron bar (m 33.0 kg) as a lever. One end of the bar is under the elephant and the bar makes a 10.0� angle with the level ground. There is a fulcrum (pivot) 1.50 m from this end to allow the bar to lift up the elephant. How much vertical force do you need at the other end of the bar in order to start lifting the elephant?
