What formula is best?

My 10 week old baby girl has suffered from colic and gas since birth. I have tried Alimentum by similac, which made her have projectile spit ups, so i tried enfamil spit up with rice starch, which filled her up nice and she ate more of it, but she had bad gas and struggled with that. I have tried enfamil gentlease LIPIL for fussiness or gas, nothing works... I also nursed for 8 weeks and she was the same with that.. so colicky and upset, even her face broke out.. her face is cleared up now, but wish I could help her gas and belly aches. HELP! I am an exhausted mom who wants to ease her baby girls pain.
