Should i use my crutches if this is my 3rd surgery on that knee?

i got surgery on the march 14 and im going for my 3rd knee surgery on my left knee. i tore my acl and meniscus in september and now i found out that i tore another part of my meniscus. ive been in a lot of pain. so should i baby it or what? please help me.,
