What could this mean, how tdoes she treat this?

my cousin has a problem. She first got hemoroids when she was prego n every now n them she stll gets them, currently not prego.Well she went bathroom n it cut her to where she was bleeding as if a period from her rectum for about 10 minutes n she has hemoroids. What could this mean n how can she make it go away? (please serious responses only, i will report u)
