Trade Verizon BB Storm for Tour?

I would say NO, best case they are going to tell you to sell your phone, then buy a new one- ALL a big game for the cell phone company's, EVERY phone is the BEST until you sign a contract then your on the hook with a piece $*%# and they are free - I think most company's now don't even insure their phones they outsource the insurance. they pay next to nothing for a phone I think ALL cell phone company's should by Law be held more responsible for phones they sell for the length of contract.(let's say if they don't work replace with same or diff. model at min. fee-you drop/drag/throw/sink/flush ur on hook)
