Spiritually & morally speaking, what can bring peace between Israelis & Palestinians?

I say the rest of the world builds a wall around the entire area, let them duke it out, and only when there is either a clear winner or they agree to live in peace we let them out. I also suggest we continuously pelt them with stink bombs as long as their remain within their walled-off warzone - we shouldn't reward insanity.
