Potty training question?!?!? pull ups or undies?

Pull ups don't work they are just expensive diapers. My kids go from diaper to underwear no in between, if they are ready they are ready! And I think a 3.5 year old is ready weather he wants to or not! My son was almost 3 before he was completely potty trained, every time he had an accident he was the one to take his clothes and shoes off, put them in the washer and hop into the bath to wash off. I never got upset with him, I let him know that it was okay and next time he should use the toilet and he won't have all the clean up. It took less than a week and he was completely potty trained.( Maybe since you have had success with you son you should offer some suggestions to your cousin...
