Internet explorer is doing this: What does it mean?

Internet Explorer is uming that the website you're trying to visit would be a site that a virus or spyware on your machine would visit and so is trying to block it. You could add the website's url to the list of trusted websites by going to Tools->Internet Options then clicking on the Security tab. Click on the "Trusted Sites" icon, then click the "Sites" on and add the website's url to the list. This will allow the site to become accessible.
