Geldings worth in this economy?

you've gotten great answers. You've got to get show experience on him or, around here at least, he won't be worth more than $300 to $500. If you can have him winning, even if it's just small shows, and capable of doing it with a young, experienced rider then he's worth up to $3000. I don't know what your area will be like and a lot depends on your ability to market him but it sounds like you know what your doing. If you can find the right person and if he's going really well and looking really good you might be able to get as much as $8000 from that cl of people who WANT to buy more expensive horses. They are out there!
