What is it like working at In-n-Out Burger?

I worked in one in the mid eighties, and went to UCLA. The pay is above average and the crew was alot of fun. Good job, good pay and a decent company. FYI: Managers make in excess of $90K annually. Almost thought about staying, but just toooo many hours for any family life. Would recommend In 'n Out over ANY other franchise!!!
