Is it my period back @ 5wks?

baby will be 5wks old on saturday. monday i had a killer headache, tuesday woke up spotty (pink blood) wednesday nothing, this morning its like my period, flowing wise. i'm just not sure.... can it start back this early. i'm not brestfeeding. all bleeding stopped @ 2wks for me.
