Parole/probation revoked but being appealed from the streets...state of WI?

If your pa/pro is revoked and the state sentenced you to 3 in and 3 out, how is it that your able to appeal that decision while not incarcerated. You have an open case that hasn't been concluded but your revoked already. Is the state waiting for the conclusion of the open case or what? I always thought that if a person went to a revocation hearing and was revoked, that they would immediately be placed in custody. Am I wrong on that thought? Or could it be that the courts and state are giving you enough time to get your affairs in order before you go in?

Teaching my friend to drive standard, will he wreck my clutch?

My honda 1990 civic is all i got, if it goes my pay cheque goes ( i need it to drive 44km to work everyday) it works good and stuff. My friend has his license but he doesn't know how a manual works, he has a job tommorow ( and its a truck driving job !!!!), its his first day, he was born for the job cause it involves composting, and hes trying to open a business on composting. I told him i'd givve him a basic lesson on how to drive a clutch, but again, if the clutch goes my pay cheque goes!

totes are in more now-a-days, but depending on how much you carry around, a backpack may be better as far a comfort. sometimes my shoulder starts to hurt because all the weight is on one side. for college, i usually have two totes, one for monday and wednesday cles and the other for tuesday thursday cless.

What is it like working at In-n-Out Burger?

I worked in one in the mid eighties, and went to UCLA. The pay is above average and the crew was alot of fun. Good job, good pay and a decent company. FYI: Managers make in excess of $90K annually. I found a chinese wholesaler online. I guess it was really too good to be true. I ordered my items and sent my money through western union. Received the items a week later. The reason I ordered these items (Juicy Couture handbags, True Religion Jeans...) was to sell them on ebay. The items sold on ebay, but now, buyers want to return them because they are fake. I am now losing money. Can I get this wholesaler into trouble?
